HSPPR has programs in place which allow REGISTERED community cat caregivers spay/neuters and vaccines for only $15 per cat! There is not a more affordable option out there. Sign up with HSPPR today to unlock these unprecedented rates! We can help fix & vaccinate more community/stray/barn cats at $15 each, and we are here to support our community caregivers! Becoming a community cat manager does not mean that you will have to accept a certain number of cats on your property. It SIMPLY means you will be accessing $15 surgeries with vaccines to help all of us make the largest impact possible!
